In order to ensure that our customers receive our freshest product, we only ship out cookies Monday - Wednesday. We are unable to offer weekend shipping. Orders placed on or after Wednesday at 12:00pm ET, will not ship until the following Monday.

CochisCakes cannot be held responsible for late packages due to circumstances beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to the following: incomplete or incorrect addresses, weather conditions, disruption in transportation network or other unforeseen factors. Please be aware that issues occurring with the carrier can, and sometimes do, happen. We will be happy to work with you and the carrier to resolve any delays, if we are able. However, CochisCakes cannot refund any part of your order as result of such circumstances.

By Placing your order, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the accuracy of the recipient's address. Furthermore, if for any reason the address is incorrect or undeliverable, you understand that CochisCakes will not be able to refund any part of your order and all re-shipments will be at your expense.

For recipient addresses that qualify, packages will be shipped via 1 to 2 day ground service. To assure delivery by Friday your order must be placed by 12:00pm EST on Wednesday.
2nd Day Air
All other addresses will be sent 2nd Day Air. To assure delivery by Friday your order must be placed by 12:00pm EST on Wednesday.
